The Onyxia Barrel is the flagship of Holl's outdoor range and the one for purists: a full-size, made-in-Europe barrel in 40mm ThermoWood® Finnish pine that will run a crackling wood-burning stove — chimney and all — or a clean electric heater, whichever ritual is yours. Built with Harvia, the Finnish stove maker whose name is shorthand for the real thing. Fire or switch — your call Spec it with the dedicated Harvia wood-burning heater kit (stove, fireplace base, heat shields — exclusive to this model) for the off-grid crackle-and-löyly experience, or fit an electric stove from 6kW for push-button sessions. Either way, the barrel geometry circulates heat naturally around six facing seats — or two people flat out on the reclining configuration. Details ThermoWood® Finnish pine, 40mm — thermally modified, chemical-free, made in Europe 14mm half-moon rear window for panoramic views with better thermal insulation Two deep facing benches in lime wood, LED lighting behind the backrests Shingle roof included Specification Capacity 6 seated, or 2 reclining loungers Dimensions (W × D × H) 225 × 240 × 226 cm (floor space ~160 × 188 cm) Wood ThermoWood® Finnish pine, 40mm — Made in Europe, with Harvia Heater Wood-burning (Harvia kit) or electric from 6kW — not included Window Half-moon rear, 14mm Warranty 4 years wood · 2 years electrical components Heater, flue and installation Going wood-fired? The Harvia kit includes the stove, fireplace base and protection panels; the flue exits through the barrel roof and we'll advise on safe siting and clearances before you order. Going electric? A 6–9kW stove needs a dedicated outdoor-rated circuit from a qualified electrician. Either way: firm level base, two-person assembly, shingles included.
