FAQs

Can rattan furniture stay outside all year?
Synthetic (PE) rattan can, though covering it over winter extends the cushions' and weave's life; the aluminium frames underneath don't rust. Natural rattan cannot live outdoors in the UK — almost everything sold as garden rattan is synthetic, but check the listing.
Flat, round or half-round weave — does it matter?
Flat weave is the budget standard; half-round and round weaves look and feel more like natural cane and usually sit on better frames. Weave type is a decent proxy for overall build quality.
